Hi. You mentioned that the processing will be on the SQL server , but won't it put a strain on the actual SAN storage and local storage where the actual stores are especially when it goes through and deletes the expired mails ? Matthew.

Yep, There is a Cif share setup for the storage, hence using a UNC. Also its worth noting that we also have another CIF share controlled by the same San head for archiving our Journal, which is constantly archiving and this does not give any problem...
