Error during install of Netbackup 6.5 linux agent on SLES 10.1

I installed the linux agent remotly via ssh on a SLES 10 sp1 host. During the install I got the following message and also when I start the agent. bmrsetupclient: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5 Any ideas? Thanks
