Hi All,

We are getting following issue while running backup job

 ""0xe00084af - The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.
Final error category: Job Errors" .

 

Backup Job: ELECTRO-FP01 New 11012014-Differential

 

 

Kindly suggest us how we will procced further. we attached screen shot please find it.

Enable Advanced Open File option in the backup job and set it to use the Microsoft VSS provider.

And if running an AV, set it to exclude from scanning the BE processes.
