10d application does not start

I installed 10d on two of my servers last night. I got into the app and set up the backup jobs ok, but this morning when I go on to the servers and open up Backupexec 10d, it just hangs at the splash screen, on both servers.

Win2k SP4, both machines previously had 8.6 on which was uninstalled before installing 10d.

Hello,
Please check if the BE services are all started, the remote agent under LSA and the others under domain admin account. Check the event log for errors. Check if the CPU usage has spiked for any process.

Next restrat all BE service and check the results.
