10d to 11d updrade error.

klipsch1373
Level 2
I had to manually remove 10d due to its inability to uninstall itself. Subsequently, the install of 11d ends with the error below. We doing this process on 25 of our servers in the field and this is the only one giving us a problem. I have done google and Veritas/Symantec forums and cannot find a clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Steven

Do you have any other installation of MS SQL in this server?
Do you remove the Backup Exec's 10d MS SQL?

Yes I did a manual removal of BE 10d and its SQL components. The same process that I have performed on the previously 15 identically built systems without an issue.????? I have some more log information from the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Summary.txt.

It looks like it thinks I have a SQL or WIndows Cluster. Neither is the case. Microsoft, Google & Symantec don't seem to have any information. There was something mentioned about the AutoShareServer setting in the registry, but what they stated would fix the problem was where mine was already set = 1

Any help is greatly appreciated.
