11d Enviromental check / SQL Error

I currently am running 10D on a Windows 2003 server using local SQL 2000 DB.   When I go to install 11D it tells me it can not upgrade to 11D because I need SQL 2000SP3a?   I belive this is because I also have a second SQL Server running to support Symantec AV server on the same box....  Suggestions?

Do you have Query analyzer installed on that server? 

If so can you run this query against the master database for both sql instances and post me the results.
