9.0 to 10 upgrade

Has anyone upgraded to version 10 from 9.

Can version 10 be installed over version 9.

What experiences has anyone had doing this.

What are the suggestions in doing this upgrade ?

I'm interested in this as well. Are there any advantages to go from 9.1 to 10 or from 9.0 to 10?
