9.1 -> 10 upgrade - license type

Hi there,

We have VIP Open license program when we bought 9.1 at the end of Nov 2004 (last year). Does this entitle us to a free upgrade to version 10?

My supplier is out of the office and US are still asleep. I've uninstalled 9.1 to move to a different server so ideally installing 10 (if I can) today will save me tons of work. Need to do it today!Message was edited by:

An upgrade to 10.0 is a paid option.

It would be better if you could contact our sales department to find out what sort of 10.0 licences wlll be needed....
