Hi every one,
I want to be sure about AOFO usage with BE 2012 jobs.
I found many articles but for older BE version. In these articles the recommended (best) practice is to not use AOFO with SQL\Exchange and system state backup and safely use it with file(s) servers, dc's etc
My questions are:
1) Does these recommendations applied also to BE2012 jobs?
2) Does these recommendations applied both to physical and virtual servers?
3) Does the AOFO OFF suggestion applies to Oracle DB backup too?
Thank you in advance for any help

AOFO is significant to Windows 2003 and prior
Windows 2008 and above will use VSS snapshoting by default even if you uncheck AOFO
There is nothing changed in 2012 the way AOFO behaved in BE 2010 it behaves the same in BE 2012
Follow the practices you followed for BE 2010 in BE 2012
