Access Denied error messages, but Test Credentials are all green

I'm getting these access denied errors but if I run "test/edit credentials" from "backup properties" they all return a success. (except drive F: but I will get to that) If I'm getting success how come I'm getting access denied and permissions issues.
 
Drive F: was a USB drive that was temporarily plugged into this server. How do I remove it from the list of items in this  "test/edit credentials" window and all other windows.

Use SQL Studio and enable the Windows Authentication mode.

And if using Mixed Mode, provide appropriate SQL backup/restore rights to the account (HAYNERLIBRARY\backupexec)

Give it 'sa' rights, db_datareader and db_datawriter as well.
