Access Denied

Guys,

Sorry for always posting some issues here, actually we have a lot of servers used backup exec for backing up data, file, and exchange. I dont really know if this my concerns are relavant to this furom but I will welcome all your ideas and sugestions.

Here is my issue:
Backup - \\Server\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes Access denied to file Laura DeJesus Top of Information StoreDeleted ItemsEdmund.
Access denied to file Laura DeJesus Top of Information StoreInboxGeorge.
Access denied to file William G. Cooper Top of Information StoreDeleted ItemsEdmund.
Access denied to file William G. Cooper Top of Information StoreDeleted ItemsGeorge.

Any ideas how i would get rid out of this error?

Are these user still active? Have they been renamed or similar lately?

Only way I know how to get rid of this error is to contact the user and have them permanently delete the offending email that is causing this issue. I have plenty of these as well amongst the users. I usually just ignore the message unless you want to contact them.
