Do you get any error message code and does the job fail or does it complete with exceptions? What is the version of Exchange that you are backing up? Yo have mentioned that the message appears every time for the same user. does it also appear for any other user too? Have you tried a backup excluding that user, if so, what is the result obtained?
Do elaborate on the above. You can also install Service pack 2 for 9.1 in case you do not have it from the following link:
