Access denied

Hi,

Our BE 15 since last night come up with error Access denied to some of the servers in the domain. we did not have any problem with the same servers.

Error says: Access denied to directory wwwroot\folders\media\images\screen 

I did try to browse above location with the same service account and I could open the location. also did run a test with the service account against the problematic server and test pass with green chekmark.

Why suddenly this access denied? I have to add that since 4 days ago I see a drop of backup speed of our NAS device I dont know why this speed has drop as well!

Any ideas?

While it may browse to the directory, is it not perhaps getting this message on a specific file/s? Is Advanced Open File turned on?

If this directory is on the NAS then it is opened by some other programs during the backup. The only way to get rid of the problem is to shutdown the other program. The slowness is due to BE trying to get hold of this directory
