Adding Managed Media Servers

I'm currently upgrading our 9.1 servers to 11D and one of the upgrades is that we purchased the Central Administration option for our main office so that we can manage the other remote locations.
 
Currently, I have installed 3 Servers, the central server and two remote servers.
 
On the first remote server, I went in to tools and select 'set central media server etc' and then restarted the services as prompted too - Now on the Central server, i see the server and details listed under "media servers' tab and i see the drives etc in 'devices'
 
On the second remote server, i did the same thing, restarted the services as ask but i don't see it on the 'media servers' tab but i do see the drives under 'devices' on the central server.
 
I've reboot both boxes to make sure that wasn't the issue, i've deleted drives in 'devices' and re-set the central media server again and still doesn't show.
 
There is no firewall install on either machine, both are on the same subnet (actually sat next to each other)...
 
Anyone have any ideas?
