Advanced Open File Option trouble

Hi, I'm having some trouble running a backup job. Here's some info on my setup. Win 2008 R2 domain controller running Hyper-V, Symantic Endpoint Protection Manager 11.0.5 embeded SQL 2005 database and Symantec BackUp Exec 2010 R3 with a SQL 2008 database. The backup runs with exceptions. Below is the section of the job log with the 2 files that where skipped.

The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume C: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).

Network data connection is established between    [::1]:59013 <--> [::1]:59012

Please attempt the following for both files:

1.Create a new text file in a temporary location with the same file name as shown in the backup job log (example : oem13.txt).

2.Open Windows command prompt and navigate to the temporary location.Run the ren command to change the file extension from .txt to the correct file format.

 ren filename.txt filename.inf (example : ren oem13.txt oem13.inf)

3.Copy the files that you have just created in the temporary location to the actual path mentioned on the job log.

4.Run the backup job.

Thanks, I created the 2 files as directed. Will run a backup and let you know how it goes.
