Here is the technote for the same which gives more information
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH126412 : Backups complete with the exception: "VSS snapshot warning. File [PATH] [FILENAME] is not present on the snapshot."

Please attempt the following for both files:
1.Create a new text file in a temporary location with the same file name as shown in the backup job log (example : oem13.txt).
2.Open Windows command prompt and navigate to the temporary location.Run the ren command to change the file extension from .txt to the correct file format.
ren filename.txt filename.inf (example : ren oem13.txt oem13.inf)
3.Copy the files that you have just created in the temporary location to the actual path mentioned on the job log.
4.Run the backup job.
