I just installed the Backup Exec for Windows servers and was getting error messages that files were getting skipped, so I looked up the problem and found that the Advanced Open File needed to be installed. I am able to find where to install this from the installation menu but for some reason it will not let me select it as an install option. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
