Application error event ID 1000

I recieved a Windows System Error popup on one of my servers referring to backupexec.  I checked the event logs, here is what it said...
 
Application error event ID 1000
Faulting application BkupExec.exe version 9.1.4691.48 faulting module BkupExec.exe, version 9.1.4691.48, fault address 0x0004a37f
 
Does anyone know what this is about?

The versions and the Hex Address don't exactly match but it may point you in the right direction?

Thnaks for the responses, unfortenetly no of the Hex Addresses match my error code so i can't be certain that these are the causes/resolutions.
