We're running Backup Exec 8.0 (Unable to upgrade for some weird reason, advanced versions caused errors on our server) and i've setup e-mail notifications (smtp) for two events, job successful and job failed.
This works fine, but it won't send the e-mails until we respond to the remove tape from drive notification, (clicking Respond OK twice).
Is there any way to have these e-mails sent and auto accept the Operator Attention that asks the user to remove the tape? The tape is physically ejected from the drive when we arrive in the mornings so there is no way of automatically accepting an overwrite notification because there will be no media to write to.
Any help would be appreciated.
