BE 11.0.7170 hotfixes later than 21

I have BackupExec 11.0.7170 patched with SP1 and HF17, 18, 19, 20 & 21. I believe there are HF 22 and 24 available but LiveUpdate isn't getting them. Has anyone else got hotfixes later than 21 through LiveUpdate?

I had the same issue. You need to change Live Update from express to interactive mode. You change this via Tools\Live Upadte or the Live Update applet in Control Panel.

I really don't know why Backup Exec's Live update is not configured to interactive mode to start with!

this is not working for me ... since the beginning I'm using "interactive mode" and it does not download the updates, also not in "express mode"

Until you get this fixed, you can always download patches manually

filter for "patch" and the correct Version

well, my experience is that once you install patches manually, LiveUpdate will never work again as it looses track of the patch status ... somehow ...
