BE 12.5 Remote Agent licensing issue

Here's the scenario - Running BE 12.5 with 2 agents, 1 Windows and 1 Novell.  I have purchased a license for 2 agents and was given 1 license key to put in.  After entering this, it shows that the Novell agent is licensed, but the Windows agent is still running in demo mode.  How can I resolve this?

get with whoever you purchased your licenses from.  They are the ones that need to correct this

if you purchased directly from Symantec, call them and menu down to the Sales queue
