BE 12.5 Unable to run report. No further information available.

Hi. I`ve got this message after I ran reports.  Unable to run report. No further information available.
Strange is that this reports are avaiable few months ago. I think that some updates or hotfix change this. 

I must show my CIO reports from last quarter but I can`t do this. Please help me.

Details:

If the Reports Display Format for Reports in Backup Exec is set to HTML, running any report generates a pop up with above error and an empty report is generated.

However the Reports are generated without any error if the Reports Display Format is set to PDF.

I`ve got this problem in HTML and PDF, but I uninstall MSXML 6 - download new one and then MSXML 6 with SP1. I`m not restart services BE yeat because backup still running. Restart BE services is nessesary ?

I would try just restarting the console - if it is an XML issue
However if that doesn't work then yes a restart of servcies will be needed.

It sometimes does fix things when you restart your services...

Same situation after restart BE services, and restart server. Any suggestion ?

I spent four weeks to find a solution and nothing. Maybe someone had a similar problem?
