BE 12.5 and Exchange 2007 Error

Hello,
we have an Exchange 2007 Server on Windows 2008 Server and an Backup Exec 12.5 on a Windows 2003 Server with Remoteagents and Exchange Agents. We have also installed the latest MAPI CDO 1.2.1 on the Exchange, and the exchange tools on the backup server.
We allways get the error e00002fe cannot log on mapi with specified credentials.
We have had a look at the documents323880, 306830, 311718and 317679 without success.
We had disabled the ip6 on the win 2008 server, have the storage group on top of the resource order, use the domain admin that is mail enabled as backup user.

Please give advice what to to next.

I'm currently experiencing the same problem.  Non-GRT backups work fine, and GRT to disk works as well, but GRT to tape fails.  This behaviour began after installing Exchange 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 8.  Anyone have any advice?

Update:  Non-GRT backups work well, GRT, not so much.  Going to open a support case.
