BE 12.5 installation stops immediately (w2k3 R2 x64 SP2)

Hello!

I have an IBM HS21 Blade Server with Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 SP2.
Installation of a fresh Backup Exec 12.5 for Windows Servers stops at the beginning.
I´m using the administrator account and I installed Windows Installer 4.5 but no change.
Below is the install log. Why the setup is still using msi 3.1? I tried the resolutions in this support document:

Are you trying to install from a CD?  If so can you try copying the data from the CD to disk then running the install from disk? Or download the installer from fileconnect (fileconnect.symantec.com) and attempt to install from there.

I was out of office (flu) so replying took some time...
Yes I tried installing from CD and from HD. Files copied OK from CD to HD. Same error occurs when installing.
I made the CD from the files from FileConnect.

I chose this: BEWS_12.5.2213_64BIT_VERSION.zip
Is there a chance to get a SP1 integrated version?

The MSI package really was corrupt. Downloaded the setup zip again from FileConnect and installation was successful.
Case closed.
