Hi
I try to restore one mail message from backup and the restore score is successfull but message dont back to my Inbox ? I have a Exchange 2007 server with instaled Windows Remote Agent and license for Exchange backup on Media Server. Why the restore score details information for all files, directories etc are set to 0 ? In the job summary information Diretories=1. What may be wrong ? I find one topic to repair it but it doesn't work.

Was the backup taken on a tape or it was taken on a disk? You may check following technote for this issue:

try to redirect the restore to a test mail box and see if you get the same error

Ok. I will try, but problem is that the job in the end score SUCCESSFULL but I can't find restored mail in my mailbox.

You may also try to duplicate the backup from tape to disk and run the restore from disk backup.

Create a duplicate job. Read page 369 of the BE 2010 Admin Guide.
