Hi Guys,
I have some issues of communication with HP Robotic Library (MSL 6000 Series) and Server(HP DL 380 G4)
We have all Licences of BE2010.
We have the following setup:
Server : HP DL 380 G4 Server with Server 2k3 +R2+ SP2 OS
Backup S/W : Symantec BE 2010
Backup System : HP Robotic Library MSL 6000 Series
Drives used : HP LTO 3
SCSI Card : 6400 EM SCSI Controller card (for connectivity with Server and Drives in Library. Through this card
Server is connected with the Library Drive.
Drivers & firmwares are also updated.
Usually, After running some backup and it (drives) goes offline.
We are getting the following errors:
1)The device \Scsi\cpqcissm3, did not response within the timeout periods.
Please anybody can suggest what may be the problem.
