BE 2010 with Vmware VI Agent

I am setting up a new system with Backup Exec 2010 (fully patched) and the BE Vmware VI Agent.

The problem is with most of the servers i am trying to backup that the backup fails.
Backups fails with the error:
Final error: 0x3000959b - An attempt to take a snapshot of a virtual machine failed because it was unable to quiesce a file system.

I can see a snapshot is trying to be made, but probably it takes too much time and the BE timed-out.

On the virtual hosts (mainly win2008R2) I have removed the vmware vss option, and installed the Backup Exec VSS Provider.
But still the same.

Does anyone knows what to do to resolve these issues ?

Yes, I already splitted the backup job to do each server individually. No result.
I do not have the Advanced Open File Option (AOFO) enabled.
And as I sead, I have already removed the vmware VSS provider.
