BE 2012 + Encryption - Per job or per server

Is encryption in Backup Exec 2012 per job or per server? I have two servers backing up to tape and I'd like one to use encryption and the other not to use encryption. I don't see any per-job encryption options, though I may be missing them...

Encryption is done in Backup Exec by each backup job.

Check the backup job settings.  Under the Storage settings for that job, you will find "Encryption Type".
