The BE Device Media, Agent Accelerator and Agent Browser services are running but the BE Server Agent will not start. I checked the dependent services and one called TDI is mentioned, which I cannot find and can't find any other reference to. I also updated MDAC and rebuilt the DB using BE Utlilty. Be Utility does not recognize the OS and other specs of the local media server.
The Event Viewer shows the service not starting but gives no error message or reason. When I use Services to start the service, it responds with unable to start but no error is indicated by the service or by Windows.
