BE and Domino 6 without Agent

Anyone know if it is possible to backup your Domino database files without the Domino agent?   I have noticed that my backups are reading successful, however, it is ommitting all my Domino specific files, including when the Domino server is offline.

Backup Exec 9 build 4454
Windows NT4 SP6a
Domino 6

Any help appreciated

Yes,The solution is to add a line to the registry as follows.
Regedit
Browse to HKLM\Software\Veritas\Backup Exec\Engine\Misc
With Misc highlighted, click Edit : New : DWORD value.
Type : Exclude Active Files for the key name and 0 for value.
Recycle the Backup Exec Services
