Before the holiday, I posted a note about the latest build of BE for Netware 9.1 and was advised that I could install BE for NetWare 9.2. I have now downloaded the media and am attempting to install on my NetWare 6.5, SP8 server but cannot get it to accept my media server license number.
I had the number saved in a MS Word file for safe keeping as well as I obtained the license number from the current running version, 9.1, build 1158.
Any clues as to how I can resolve this issue?

You need to check if License of BE for Netware 9.1 will work for BE for Netware 9.2
I think the License key will change and you will have to get a new one

Thanks....I have been told you can upgrade to BE 9.2 from 9.1 for no charge.
I will create a ticket and see what I find out.

When I attempt this I am asked to enter a Technical Contact Id, a support Number or a Technical Case Id.
I have none of these. When I attempt to use my name it does not accept it.
