Does anyone know how to stop the agent/ job from trying to make a snapshot/ VSS of a shared cluster volume on Windows 2008 R2 64bit? I use to have a job that worked perfectly and for some strange reason stopped this week after no human change etc. There have been posts somewhere on the forum about it not being support and then a new hotfix, does this hotfix fix the agent and 2008 r2 64?
I have checked the service, tried installing it without the advanced file open etc.
