BE2012 SP1A Vmware agent backup via SAN mode is very slow

When backup of ESX virtual machines from BE 2012 server using SAN Mode . The backup through will be slow down till 5mb/sec and 1 TB data size backup took more than 1 day still unable to complete.

 

Below is the debug log error found on the vmware agent . VAAI.

The server keep hanged when there are huge backup running over the weekend . only a reboot of server able to get the backup exec server back to normal .

 

Below is the event id error when there is server slowness or hang.

Event ID: 5783
Source: NETLOGON
Description: The session setup to the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller\\DC01.contoso.local for the domain CONTOSO is not responsive. The current RPC call from Netlogon on\\server03 to\\DC01.contoso.local has been cancelled.

What is your setup here? Version of VMware? Are all the patches post-SP1a installed?
