BE2D can't add usb disk.

When i m doing add new usb hdd in storage configure after finish status it's showing configuring. not active status.Please help me to resolve this problem.

Hi,

Please download b2dtest.exe and run it against the external drive. It's going to show whether or not this drive is supported as a B2D target.

I am using Toshiba 2tb external hdd. This same Usb hdd configure in symantec backup exec 2012 but when i am going to add same second hdd its showing configuring...

Check whether the new disk have the same diskid as the old disk.  If they are the same, change one of the diskids to a different diskid.  See this blog on how to do so.
