Backing up CPS with BE 10d

What is the best way to backup the CPS server with Backup Exec 10d. We run Ful backups-reset archive bit on the weekends and Differentials during the week. I have tried just about every configurations to get the backups right and nothing seems to work. When backing up the during the week it tries to do Full instead of Differentials. Can anyone tell me the best way to backup the server? Please Help!!!
