Backing up Exchange Store Completes, No Error, but No data to restore.

Running Backup Exec 2010 R3 on Windows Server 2003 SP2.

Microsoft Exchange 2003 on Server 2003 SP2

Problem. Doing a full back up of the Exchange Stores Shows as Complete, See below.

However, If I then look to restore this backup there is no data, see below.

I was using Backup Exec 2010 and upgrade this to R3, that didn't make a difference, I've also reinstalled the Remote Agent. I have the Exchange Agent.

I have selected various different backup options and this has the same result shows as completed successful but nothing to restore.

The only way I can find data to restore is by using the AOFO but I do not want to use the AOFO.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there have you tried taking backup to disk and have checked if restore view is visible? Thanks

Thats a good point I didn't mention this is being backed up to tape.

I do not currently have the space available to back this up to disk, it is something I can try and look into though.

Can I ask why this would possibly make a difference?
