Backing up ISA 2004 Server

Hi

I have an ISA 2004 server which has the remote agent installed I have changed the Network/Firewall setting on BE 10 Server, Media 50025-50100 and remote agent 50225-50300. On the ISA server I have created a rule for NDMP and for the remote agent ports. I can see the connections at both ends using ISA monitor and netstat.

The backup runs but I get less than 1MB per min and this will take a very long time, any ideas?

Verify the application and system event logs.
Also verify if you are getting any alerts.
