You should not flat file backup the content of B2D folders as this can cause nasty inconsistencies in the BEDB database/Catalogs if you ever restore a BKF file or IMG folder where the name was re-used by a later backup.

You should be doing duplication jobs and using the The Job Overwrite/Append settings and the Media Set Overwrite Protection and Append Periods to ensure that the media is overwritten at appropriate moments.
