Backup Exec 12.5 Agent timeout setting

Hi!

We installed a new backup server with Windows 2008 standard 64 bit and Backup Exec 12.5 64 bit. We are using about 20 servers, all with windows os. We made test backups and notified that sometimes the job was running for 10 hours doing nothing. There was no data flow during many hours but the job was still running and waiting for one server agent. My question: Is it possible to set a timeout for the agents, after that time the job automatically countinues with the next server? Now it only continues if we stop the agent on the server manually.

Have you configure the respond automatically.
Many jobs still running if you do not check respond automatically.

Do you mean the "Publishing interval" on the agent settings?
