Backup Exec 12.5 Fails - Windows Server 2003 / Exchange error: V-79-57344-757

When I run the nightly backup on Backup Exec 12.5 it fails.  I'm using Windows Server 2003 / Exchange 2003 error:  V-79-57344-757.  Exchange server is virtualized (VMware) and using a Quantum LTO TBU.  It says:  "Information Store Inbox is a corrupt file." on several mailboxes.  I ran offline defrag on information store:  Exchsrvr\MDBDATA\priv1.edb and Exchsrvr\MDBDATA\priv1.stm.  Also, Exchsrvr\MDBDATA\pub1.edb and Exchsrvr\MDBDATA\pub1.stm, then ran the backup again and still fails.  Has anyone seen this problem?  Need suggestions to fix it.  Much thanks!

3  :
On the menu bar, select Edit | Add Value
4  : In the Value name field, type in "Fail Jobs On Corrupt Files"
5  : For the Data Type, select REG_DWORD
