BEutility.exe is located in the installation directory of BE (x:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\)
There are many operations which can be performed using BEutility one of them is repairing BEDB.

BEDB is Backup Exec Database, CraigV has asked you to repair BEDB which may fix your
issue. So open BEutility->right click on the media server and select Repair database.

You need to repair BEDB when none of your backups or restore jobs are running.
08-06-2012 07:38 AM
...your services will restart affecting any running jobs.
Thanks!
