Backup Exec 12.5 and SQL Server SP3

We need to upgrade the SQL 2005 Client Components on the server that has Backup Exec 12.5 installed with SQL Express 2005 with SP2. We are wondering if there are any issues with SQL Server 2005 SP3 and Backup Exec or if there is any a known upgrade path that has worked.
