Backup Exec 15 - Offhost VSS errors

I consistently get this error with each physical server that is added to the Backup and Restore list.  Microsoft VSS is on the Backup Exec server and the remote server.  Both servers are running Windows Server 2012 R2.  I don't understand why Backup Exec is not aware of Microsoft VSS.

Edit your jobs and uncheck Offhost Backup under Advanced Disk Based Option.  Also, click on the BE button ---> Configuration and Settings ---> Job Defaults and uncheck Offhost Backup under Advanced Disk Based Option
