Backup Exec 2010 - Licence 2014 sharepoint

Hi Everybody

we have a administration console 2010v and we buy a licence of sharepoint and, for obvious reason, this licence doesn't work on this version.

My question is, what happen when the 60 days of trial finish? The jobs will be cancel?

After 60 days of trial period the backup job will fail.

I would suggest you to contact Symantec Licensing Team to check...

1) If you are eligible(if you have a valid support) for a free upgrade to BE2014.

2) If its possible to downgrade BE2014 sharepoint license to BE2010.

I would suggest that you downgrade the SharePoint licence to BE 2010 and upgrade your media server to BE 2014 when you have more time to study the implications

We called support, but they can not downgrade the licence to a version that is no longer supported.

The only way is to upgrade the media server, wich is not a option for us.
