Backup Exec 2010 : QuickErase tape pop up Stack Trace error message

I got a problem with Symantec Backup Exec 2010 (Version 13.0 Rev. 2896 (32-bit) in Windows Server 2003 with SP2 (32-bit). The message below pop up when I try to quick erase any tapes or even inventory the tape. After click OK, the Backup Exec program just like frozen and you can't click anything. But all my jobs works fine for now. It's been almost 10 days my co-worker try to fix this problem. We have try restart all service but still the same.

External component has thrown an exception.

Stack Trace:

at BackupExec.UI.BEDlgs.ShowUtilityJobDialog(Int32 titleResId, Boolean useDriveGuid, Guid driveGuid, Boolean
useChangerGuid, Guid changerGuid, Guid machineGuid, Int32 jobType)
    at BackupExec.UI.Data.Drive.CommandExecuteQuickErase(Command command)

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
