Backup Exec 2010 R3 - Enterprise Vault 10 backup issues

Hi,

I need help on Enterprises vault 10 backup is getting fail with Backup Exec 2010 R3,

we are taking weekly full backup for all server, other servers full backups are getting successful but, whenever enterprises vault - full backup is happen, its getting fail as Backup to disk device is offline and because disk folder drive is disconnected from server.

any suggestion to fix this issue.

What is the version of EV that you are using? Currently, BE 2010 only support up till EV10.0.01. See the SCL below http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH137682

sorry, it is using EV 9.0 with backup exec 2010 r3

Post all the error messages. Do you get the same errors when you do other backups to this same target disk?

Hi,

No, other backup jobs are running fine and getting successful, only EV server backup is getting failed with disk is off line issue.
