Hello,
I'm using symantec backup exec 2010 on windows server, and suddenly i'm not able to browse the resource or edit my selection lists check the attached file
i cannot browse in order to add a new job
is that an update related problem ?

no it is not locked, even when i test the credentials nothing happens

Is there a firewall running, and is Port 10000 opened?
Have you made sure that all the BE services are started up?

it is open, and yes all the service are up and running even i restarted but still the same
is there any update that we can install ?

You would need to run LiveUpdate to check.

First, ensure there is a System Logon Account added under Network - Logon Accounts.
It should be under the format domain\user. Would recommend to re-enter the password to this account and set the BE services (except the remote agent service) to run under this account.
