I am currently using the trial version. For some reason I cannot find my media in the online media group. It is showing up under imported which is then reporting as infinite-do not overwrite. Please help!

Are you able to move this media to another media set such as scratch using "Associate with media set" ?

This will happen if the media is previously used. You just need to right-click on the media and associate it with the correct media set.
