This 2012 console has got to be the worst ever. We went from 2010 and shouldve stayed there. Thanks Symantec for destroying another good product that we wont be using much longer. Do yourselves a favor and get out of the board rooms and get into the server rooms. Listen to actual IT guys. Let me give you a suggestion symantec; Simple, nimble and dont confuse people! Cheers...

Oh and another suggestion; do something about your support system. It sux! Hire people that I can understand and it would be nice to actually get someone when I call in. Waiting hours for someone to call you back that you cant understand or doesnt understand your trouble is horrible customer service. Goodbye!
