Does anyone know where I can find out more information about licencing Backup Exec 2012 for a HYper-V cluster?

To add to that

license of Agent for VMware and Hyper is what you need

The license applies to per Hyper V host

so if you have 2 hosts in a cluster you need 2 quantity

Using this you can backup unilimited number of virtual machines hosted to these hosts.
