Hello,
I have installed Backup Exec 9.1 on a Windows 2003 Standard x64 R2 server. The install ran fine but the Remote Agent for Windows Server service crashes when it starts. The Event Viewer has the entry where the service has terminated unexpectedly and the Application Log has this application error:

I installed SP5 for Backup Exec but the issue persists. I have installed BE 9.1 on other Win2003 64bit servers and it runs fine. Can anyone tell me why the service won't start? Thanks.
